After an 18 month delay due to the pandemic, Embrace Entertainment partnered with artist Rufus Du Sol to stage a concert in a city park located in The Beaches of Toronto. The event sold out in advance, and concert-goers witnessed a level of production unprecedented at Woodbine Park. 

PB91 worked closely with Embrace and Rufus Du Sol to conceptualize, build, and operate a venue that met the demands of the audience and touring artist.

All Day I Dream is a touring electronic music event held every July at Fort York in Toronto. Since 2016, PB91 has provided production, site management and health & safety oversight for the festival, delivering a seamless and safe experience for guests and artists.

Sugarland took place in an urban beach park at the heart of Toronto’s waterfront, showcasing 10 performances over the 2 days of pride weekend. 

Located directly on the water, the venue provided stunning views of downtown and Lake Ontario, with the audience literally on a beach. PB91 captured Prism Events’ vision for the unique space and provided technical and logistics expertise for their performing artists.

The 40^th edition of a treasured summer tradition in Burlington, held in a civic park on Lake Ontario. This free, week-long festival showcased 56+ performances across three stages and attracted several hundred thousand visitors. 

PB91 worked in partnership with event organizers to provide production management and artist relations for all performances. Close collaboration with suppliers and staff produced a successful event for all involved.

On the heels of their virtual Canada Day House Party, FRC Marketing wanted to stage an in-person event called Tall Pines. Partnering with Muskoka Tourism, they brought 15 artists and thousands of fans to the Gravenhurst Wharf sports field. 

PB91 worked hand-in-hand with FRC to conceptualize and create the event site. We delivered a 360 degree festival solution that included production management, site management, fencing, toilets, sound & lights, health & safety oversight, and more

We oversaw the 2-year renovation and modernization of this 19th century heritage venue, increasing capacity from 200 to 1200 over 4 floors.

It is now a centre piece event space for concerts, weddings, and corporate activations, hosting high-end clients and a wide range of performing artists.
